Boundary Tech Talks – Terence Parr: parser generator ANTLR

Posted by on February 11th, 2013

Two weeks ago we had the special parser edition of the Boundary tech talks.  Our guest, Dr. Terence Parr, introduced the latest version of his parser generator ANTLR4 code named "Honey Badger".  To quote Dr. Parr "ANTLR4 takes whatever whatever you give it - it just doesn't give a crap!".  He also shows us ANTLRWorks 2, an IDE tool for developing ANTLR grammars.  Dr. Parr gives us a great overview of the new capabilities of ANTLR, but for an in-depth view please check out the definitive reference guide.
  1. All hail the Honey Badger! Great talk — let us know when the next one is!
